Free Worldwide Delivery on all orders.
We aim to despatch orders within 1 working day.
Delivery only to the cardholder’s registered address. Delivery to a different address will require payment by bank transfer (BACS) for security reasons.
UK ORDERS
Sent by Royal Mail
-Orders up to £200 – Royal Mail First Class Signed (delivery 1-3 working days)
-Orders over £200 – Royal Mail Special Delivery (delivery by 4pm next working day)
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Sent by Royal Mail or Parcelforce
Western Europe – 2-3 working days *
Eastern Europe – 4-6 working days *
Rest of the World – 5-7 working days *

RING RE SIZING & ADJUSTMENTS
Ring re sizing and adjustments to pieces may add 2-3 days to estimated delivery times.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Any taxes or customs duties applicable on imported goods in your locality are the responsibility of you the buyer, not Louis Meyer. Payment of these duties and taxes may be required before goods can be delivered and therefore may extend delivery lead times.
Most countries have a customs office website as a point of reference for current rates and charges. We will gladly look into this for you if you are unsure.

- All items are fully insured and sent at the risk of Louis Meyer.
- A tracking number will be provided once your item(s) have been despatched.
- We are unable to redirect orders once items have been despatched.
- All orders require a signature upon delivery.
- We do not ship to P.O. BOX addresses.
