18ct Yellow Gold 0.91ct Old European Cut Diamond Solitaire Gypsy Ring Certified M VS
An 18ct yellow gold antique diamond single stone gypsy ring, circa early 20th century. Comprising a 0.91ct Old European Cut diamond, M colour, VS clarity mounted in a six claw gypsy setting with ornate open gallery and split shoulders, extending to a 2mm wide yellow gold band. Accompanied by AnchorCert UK report number 20051942.
The gypsy ring gained popularity in the Victorian era and became a favourite style among both ladies and gentlemen. Antique and vintage gypsy rings have in recent times enjoyed a resurgence in popularity.
